By completing your purchase, you agree to the following terms:EQUIPMENT RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for all rented totes and equipment from delivery until pickup is completed. All items must be returned in the same condition as delivered, normal wear and tear excepted.DAMAGE OR LOSS
Replacement costs:
• Tote (bin): $25 each
• Tote Dolly: $60
Any damaged or missing items will be charged to the card used at checkout.LATE RETURNS
If items are not ready for pickup on the scheduled date, additional charges may apply:
• 20 totes: $50 per extra week or $12 per extra day
• 40 totes: $80 per extra week or $20 per extra day
• 60 totes: $100 per extra week or $25 per extra dayPICKUP ACCESS
All totes must be empty, accessible, and ready for pickup. If not accessible, additional fees may apply.PROPER USE
Totes may NOT be used for:
• Hazardous materials
• Liquids without proper sealing
• Illegal or damaging contents
You are responsible for any damage caused by misuse.LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
You use the totes and equipment at your own risk. To the fullest extent allowed by law, PK Totes is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from or related to your use of the rented equipment, including during loading, hauling, moving, or storage. You are responsible for using the equipment safely and for how it is used by anyone you allow to use it. This section does not apply to any liability that cannot be waived under applicable law.CONDITION ACKNOWLEDGMENT
All items are delivered clean and in usable condition.CHANGES / EXTENSIONS
Contact us before your scheduled pickup date if you need an extension. Extensions are subject to availability and additional charges.NON-RETURN & REPLACEMENT CHARGES
If equipment is not returned within 30 days of delivery and no extension is arranged, it will be considered unreturned.
You authorize PK Totes to charge your card for replacement costs:

Returned items after charges may be refunded at our discretion.INDEMNIFICATION

Q: "How does this work?"A: "We drop off [20/40/60] clean totes, you pack at your own pace over two weeks, and we
pick them up. Free delivery and pickup anywhere in [your county]. Most folks pair it with a

Our base package is two weeks but extensions are super common and we charge a small per-week fee. If a tote gets cracked or a lid breaks, replacement is $25 per tote, $60 for a dolly, $150 for a hand truck. We'd charge the card on file.
